how Our story began
We have over 15 years of experience in real estate construction and sales in Georgia. Over the years, we delivered several successful projects and built a solid reputation in the industry. Materia emerged from this legacy, continuing the path with a refined vision focused on premium, thoughtfully designed living spaces that go beyond traditional housing

Founded in 2010 as Outlook Development & Construction
First Project
In 2013, the first project - Outlook Vake - was built near Mziuri under the name Outlook
Second Project
In 2023, the second project - Outlook Forest - was launched in Krtsanisi under the name Outlook
Rebranding
In 2025, the company underwent rebranding and a structural separation. Outlook remained as the construction company responsible for building Materia’s projects
